Chapter Thirty-One: Birth of a Legend:
There is a new legend going around. Sun vampires are now the new daytime scare.
Some humans deny their existence. But then again, these are the same people who
denied that vampires in general existed. How long will it take for them to admit
sun vampires exist?
It all started with a vampire named Lauren. She in the first and their mother.
How long will it be before she raises an army to go after those who tried to
kill her? She is still being hunted to this day. But, she’s not scared anymore.
In fact, she anticipates the chase.
“Let them chase me,” Lauren says. “They know where to find me. I will be
waiting.” She’s not as disoriented as she used to be. Her hunger isn’t as
frequent in the early days. In fact, Lauren has grown quite terrifying.
Even more so than the father of vampires himself.
What will the story of her legend be? Will the story be a positive one? Or a
negative one? It will al depend on her.

-First Night of Freedom-
Lauren wound up in LA. She sat alone in the bar. The vampire twirled the empty
can in her hand. She smiled to herself.
“Oh, you’re here,” she said. “You finally showed up.” The vampire turned to see
Doyle standing in the doorway. He looked just as handsome as ever in his white
pinstripe suit. The male vampire tipped his hat.
“So nice to see you again,” he said. Lauren stood up.
“What took you so long?” she asked. Doyle rubbed the back of his head.
“An old girlfriend kept me,” he said. “But, I got away. I’m here now.” Lauren
walked over to him and put her arms around his neck. He broke into a little
smile.
“What do you plan to do now?” Doyle asked. Lauren smirked back at him.
“It’s all in my hands, yeah?” she asked.
“Of course,” he said. The sun vampire snickered.
“Then I will do whatever the hell I want,” she said.
“Okay then,” Doyle said. “Do what you want to do. I want to see what kind of
legend you will make for yourself.”
“Sounds good to me,” Lauren said.
