Chapter Twenty:
Clearing Up Misconceptions:
Just to be clear
about a few things…
I did kidnap
Bayu, but it was with her permission. I asked, and she said yes. I am not the
monster you make me out to be. Humans have me all wrong. I have stated this
already, but this is about my Bayu and our son. Some things happened that caused
us to be apart. I am partly to blame, but it wasn’t completely my fault. Other
elements had a hand in this. But just know, I will still love her. Irani is my
son and I will still love him just the same.
They are my
family.
Kayako, Leo,
Jim, and Aven are the same way. It is the same for all of my wives and children.
I love them all. But I digress.
Bayu’s capture
was her will. I only asked and she agreed. There was no torture. I treated her
well. I apologize if things didn’t turn out how I dreamed it. I am the king of
Hell after all. Pure angels cannot survive my world. Irani had it the worst. I
didn’t know how bad it was despite what you are led to believe. If I had known,
I would’ve moved us to the living realm and started anew. But I didn’t see the
problem until it was too late.
It all stemmed
from his sister.
I will tell you
about her when we get back to the story. I just wanted to clear the air about
the time I kidnapped my family and took them back to my kingdom in Hell. Yes, I
did do that, but it was with Bayu’s permission.
I hope you understand.
