Glorious Fish

I’m going to get Aden for this! Where the hell does she find these creeps? Worst date ever!

I cleared my throat.

Let me start over.

Aden set up another date for me. She sent me a text.

“What?” Anna asked. I showed her the text.

“Oh…” she said. I pressed my lips together and nodded. Anna shrugged and bit her lower lip.

“I wish you luck,” she said.

“Thanks,” I said. I dropped my head and sighed.

-Saturday Afternoon-

So here I was. I wore a pink kimono and a matching bow. The date was to begin at three. I stood in the park, watching the people walk by. I looked at my phone.

2:55 p.m.

Where is he? He’s already late. I closed my eyes. Maybe he won’t show up. Then I could go home and hide. Nobody would know, right? Just slip away and get out while I can. No one would judge. If I could just slip away right now…

“Noizchild?” a man’s voice asked. I turned my head and opened my eyes. A tall black man dressed in a grey suit stood inches away from me. A disappointed look came over my face. Oh.

“Yes,” I said.

“My name is Wesley Banks,” the man said. “I’m going to be your date.” He handed me a bouquet of yellow roses.

“For you,” he said. I nervously chuckled as I took them.

“Thanks,” I said.

“Have you eaten yet?” Wesley asked.

“No,” I said. My date broke into a foxlike smile.

“Great,” he said, putting his arm around my shoulders. “I know just the place. Come with me.” Wesley pulled me along with him. His hand slipped down to my ass as we began walking out of the park. I pushed his hand away. I ended up doing it twice. And that was just the start of the date.

--------

Talk about the date from hell! Where did Aden find this guy? The only thing that came out of Wesley’s mouth were sex jokes. Not the good kind either. Every time he opened his mouth, I wanted to run away. So why did I stay?

I was being polite. But, there is such a thing as limits. Wesley reminded me as such. Did he even look at my face? Wesley sure kept looking at my breasts.

“You really cute,” he said. The way he said it made it that much worse. When we got to the café, oh buddy!

An odd look came over my face as we stood outside. A maid café? Why? I have been to a number of maid cafes and they are fine. But not for a date. I slowly turned my head towards Wesley. He grinned like a wild monkey.

“So what do you think?” he asked.

“Uh…” I said. “Why here?”

“My friend gives me discounts when I come here,” my date said. A sweat drop ran down the back of my head. Really? You’re going to be cheap and perverted? Really? Really?!

I jumped when Wesley grabbed me on the ass. I slapped him on the head.

“Stop!” I shouted. Wesley drew back his hand.

“My bad!” he said. I glared at him.

“What?” my date asked. I shook my head and walked inside. He’s looking at my ass, isn’t he? That’s all he’s been doing since I’ve walked in front of him.

I think it’s time to escape. I just need the… right… moment.

---------

By late lunch, I reached my limit. Wesley the creep thought he was getting him some. He made his intentions real clear as soon as we sat down. His voice made me want to grit my teeth. Hurts my head to think about it. Shit, man. Did Wesley have to turn everything I say into sexual innuendo? By the time our waitress got to our table, I was grinding my teeth.

Do I really have to tell you the rest? I’m just getting mad now. But if you must know, I’ll cut to the end.

The final straw came just before out food arrived. I was looking for an escape when I felt something touching my thigh. I tried to ignore it at first.

Don’t tell me…

I slowly turned my head. Wesley grinned at me with his hand under the table. My eyes trailed downwards. Oh hell no!

I snapped when his hand started moving up a bit further. I slapped him hard in the face and stood up.

“Noiz?” Wesley asked. “What’s the matter? It was a joke! Come on!” I flipped him off and walked out of the café.

I’m going to kill Aden for this!

Bad Apple!!!
