Chapter two: The Crystal Blue

Melody woke up on an old dock. She looked out and saw miles and miles water all around the dock. “Where am I? And where’s Davis?” she thought. Then got up off her feet to look around for her family. “Davis! Beck! Katie! Veemon! Sunshine!!!!!” she cried out. But all Melody got was her own echo asked the dark sky. Then she heard something shaking in the bushes. So she walked over to the bush and pushed the branches away. Melody saw Sunshine crying in the bushes. “This is all your fault!!! We would be in bed asleep if it hadn’t been for you and your problem!!!!” she yelled. The little girl began to cry. “I’m sorry momma! I *sniff* didn’t to you *sniff* any trouble. I just wanted at least one night of sleep.” Sunshine confessed. Melody stopped herself from hitting the child, claimed down, and said: “I apologize. I didn’t mean to scream at you. I just want Davis and my family.” Sunshine just looked up at her with tearful eyes. “Don’t look at me like that.” said Melody. Sunshine just stared at her. “ *sigh* All right! We’ll go find Davis and your sisters! So come on!” Melody said quickly. So she grabbed the girl and the two went to look for the others. “And stay out of the mud!” Melody lectured the girl as they were walking around the bank of the dock.

“Davis!” yelled Melody as she and the little girl walked through the tall grass. “Daddy!” yelled Sunshine. “Hey!!!” yelled a male’s voice. “Davis?!?” Melody yelled back. “Yes, it’s me!!!” he yelled. “Where are you?!?” Melody asked. “I’m over here in the woods!!!” Davis answered back. Melody looked over to the other side. In order to get to them, they would have to go through the water. “Well, my feet could use some cooling.” she thought. Then she lightly stepped into the water and began wading. Sunshine just stood there on the bank staring at Melody as if she had lost her mind. “Well, come on!” Melody said impatiently. Sunshine placed her toe in the water. “Its just water!” yelled Melody. The little girl placed both of her in the water neatly. “Now come on!” Melody demanded. Little Sunshine followed behind Melody to the woods in silence.

It took them about five or six minutes to get to the woods. When he saw them, Davis signaled them over. Melody ran over to him and they hugged and kissed for a little bit. “Daddy!” yelled Sunshine. He looked up and saw his future daughter. “Sunshine! You looked quite well.” said Davis as he let go of Melody and began hugging on the kid. Melody didn’t like that. She looked over and saw Veemon staring at her. “What?” she asked. Veemon didn’t answer. Then it hit Melody, Beck and Katie weren’t with them. “Uh…. Davis?” she asked her future husband. “Yes Mel.” he answered. “Where are the girls?” she asked. “Veemon and I was looking for you and them in this area when I heard you calling out.” Davis said. They were talking when they saw a little girl dressed in a swimsuit running towards them. “Excuse me, but have you seen one girl wearing a thick trench coat and a another girl wearing a pink bath robe?” Davis asked the girl. “No! But get out of here!!!!!” the child screamed. “Why?” asked Melody. “The monster is here again! The monster is here again! The monster is here again!” the girl yelled as she ran away. “Uh…. What does she mean by the monster?” asked Veemon. The others shrugged. Then they heard a screeching noise. “What was that?” Melody asked. “I don’t want to know.” said Sunshine. “Let’s go see.” said Davis. “I was afraid you were going to say that.” Sunshine thought as she followed Davis, Melody, and Veemon.

The family went up to this little island. (It’s actually a hill surrounded by water.) What they saw frightened them. A water dragon type monster was destroying the entire town of Crystal Blue. “What should we do?” asked Melody. “I think we should save their town!” yelled Davis. “Don’t!” yelled Sunshine. “Why not?” Davis asked her calmly. “That Anogga will destroy you in three seconds!” she shouted. “How do you know this?” Davis asked the girl. “I’ve had nightmares about it forever.” Sunshine explained. The other three companions were shocked. “Well, I don’t care, I’m still going to save them.” said Davis. Then he slid off the hill and ran (or rather swam) down to the town. “I’m with you!” yelled Veemon. Then the digimon slid off and swam after his partner. “Wait dear!” yelled Melody. Then the future wife slid off after them. “Well, I guess I have no choice.” Sunshine thought. “Wait! I’m coming with you too!” she yelled. Then she stood up, slid down the hill as well and swam after her family as fast as her little legs could carry her.

“Ah!!! This is a mixture of Sunshine’s and Sabrina’s dream.” Travis said as he looked through cube puzzle. “While they are battling, I’ll try to get them out.” Then began to work on that nightmare right away.

“Veemon! Digivole!” yelled Davis. “Right!” said the digimon. “Veemon Digivole to…. Exveemon!” said the digimon. Melody used her courage flute and summoned the courage flute and summoned the fire dragon. Exveemon leapt onto the dragon and the duo flew over to the anogga. The dragon blew off its fire pepper at the monster. The anogga turned to them and the battle began. Sunshine watched in horror as the battle raged on. Although she looked scared, she had some hope for the duo. Finally, Exveemon and the dragon combined their powers and destroyed the anogga. The people in the town were amazed. Sunshine hugged her future parents. “Arigato, You’ve destroyed one nightmare for me.” she said softly to them. Then, everything went black…
