With the gate to the Digital World re-opened, the team is introduced to their new Digimon partners. Unfortunately, the Digimon Emperor has his sights set on their destruction.
Episode three: A New Digitude
As the evil Digimon Emperor continues to wreak havoc in the Digital World, the new digidestined detect more digieggs, but are soon attacked by the Emperor. The eggs allow Patamon & Gatomon to armor digivolve, aiding the team in their battle with the Emperor's Tyronnomon troops.
Episode four: Iron Veggiemon
The Digimon Emperor and his Veggiemon slaves capture a village where Gabumon is living. Gabumon calls on Matt to help, leading Matt & the new digidestined back into the Digital World to battle the Emperor.
Episode five: Old Reliable
In the cold arctic the Digimon Emperor make the Gizamon build him a huge prison. Gomamon opposed but was attacked. Joe felt Gomamon's troubles and runs to the computer room. Cory does the opposite and stays at his kendo lesson. Cory decides to come after all. Will watching Joe help Cory realize what he has to do? Can anyone save the digiworld?
Episode six: Family Picnic
It is the day the computer club is going on a picnic. They go to the digiworld instead. Everyone, including Mimi, joins in. A new battle begins between the Roachmon Brothers and Yolei and Mimi. Can Yolei and Mimi destroy another Control Spire?
Episode seven: Guardian Angel
In a battle to save a part of the digiworld, Kari and Gatomon are stranded in the digiworld. They fight against an army of Gardromon. Feeling guilty they couldn't save Kari, Takeru and Davis go back to the digiworld. As soon as they find her, an enemy appears before them. It's their old friend Andromon controlled by the evil ring. Andromon attacks Kari. Are all of his old memories gone? Will Kari's screams be answered?
Episode eight: Ken's Secret
Davis accidentally gives Ken a bruise on his leg. After Davis blocks Ken from scoring, they shake hands. Trouble in the digiworld allows for the digidestined to fall into the Digimon Emperor's trap! He tortures Davis. Then they noticed something! On the Digimon Emperor's leg was the same bruise that Davis gave Ken. The Digimon Emperor's secret identity was finally revealed! The genus Ken Ichijouji was really the Digimon Emperor. Is this the end for our heroes?
Episode nine: The Emperor's New Home
The face under the mask was Ken and Ken stayed in the digiworld for good. He began taking over more and more of the digiworld! Unable to control all of the digiworld, Ken kidnaps the power he needs. Agumon, Tai's digimon. Now that Agumon is controlled by the Evil Ring and has digivolved into Skullgreymon, does the digiworld have a chance?
Episode ten: The Captive Digimon
Ken experiments on Agumon causing Wormmon to be jealous. Wormmon sets Agumon free and he is once again reunited with Tai. Ken uses his new dark spirals to re-take control over Agumon and cause him to digivolve into Metalgreymon. Now that Agumon is the enemy can Tai keep his feelings straight? Can Tai save Agumon? Is Tai our only hope?
Episode eleven: Storm Of Friendship
They decided they have to fight with all there strength to get Agumon back. They all fought Metalgreymon but Davis couldn't bring himself to let Veemon attack. He was afraid of hurting a friend. All Veemon could do was run as all the attacks started coming straight for him. Patamon jumped in the way to protect Veemon and is now is danger of being controlled like Agumon. The digiegg of friendship appears and the second armor evolution is revealed. When Davis felt the power of friendship, a light chased away the darkness. Does this mean they have a chance?
Episode twelve: The Good, The Bad, The Digi
Birdamon is attacked and Sora receives a cry for help from Biyomon with her digivice. She goes to the digiworld with Davis, Yolei and Cody, but ends up in a western. Starmon captures them and they meet up with Biyomon in jail. The sheriff, Starmon, gets into a duel with Deputymon. Cody & Davis manage to escape. What's going to happen next? Will this madness ever end?
Episode thirteen: His Masters Voice
Kari starts to see disturbing watery images and notices that it is as if someone or something is trying to contact her. She is transported to another dimension and tries to help save the Scubamon. In the meantime, Takeru is going crazy looking for Kari and is sucked into the dimension. Will Kari accept their offer to be their queen? What are these darkmatter creatures? Is Takeru Kari's only hope?
Episode fourteen: The Samurai Of Sincerity
Davis already found his second digiegg. Now it's Yolei's turn. Yolei and the others are in the digiworld in search of it when they spot the same restaurant Joe and Matt once were forced to work in to pay off their bill. The children have no money to pay off Digitamamon. It looks as if they are going to have to go to work off the bill when Mimi and a new digidestined named Michael show up. Everyone else believes Digitamamon, but when Yolei hears of what he did in the past, she trusts her gut. Can Yolei get the digiegg of Sincerity?
Episode fifteen: Big Trouble in Little Edo
The Emperor takes over a village full of digimon including the Gekomon, Otamamon, and Shogungekomon. Shurimon and Ninjamon are in duel to the end. Shogungekomon is on a rampage. Can anything stop him?
Episode sixteen: 20,000 Digi-Leagues Under the Sea
The kids try to find Cody's digiegg at an oil field at the bottom of the ocean. Megaseadramon attacks them, but they escape and are now trapped in a cave. Escaping in a pod, Cody tries to find Joe for help. Joe is in the middle of an exam. Can he get out of it to save his friends? Will Cody be able to get the new digiegg?

Episode eighteen: Run Yolei Run
Ken tries to take over the digiworld again and the children plan a counter attack. Tai and the others help. They pretend to go to summer camp, but really stay overnight in the digiworld. Yolei is confused. Her digimon partner, Hawkmon, blocks an attack and is poisoned! Can anything save them?
Episode nineteen: An Old Enemy Returns
Ken creates the digimon, Kimeramon. Kimeramon is an artificial digimon made up of parts of other digimon. The head is Kabuterimons', the hair is Metalgreymons', the wings are Angemon and Airdramons', and the arms are Skullgreymons', Kuwagamons' and Devimons'. Ken also uses Devimon's powers to make Kimeramon an ultimate. With the most experience, and a dark heart, Takeru goes off alone to find Ken. Can Takeru spoil his plans or is this the final battle?
Episode twenty: The Darkness Before Dawn
Kimeramon shows himself and burns down the digiworld bit by bit. With the help of their old friends, Davis and the others break into the Emperor's fortress and move towards the control room. One thing stands in their way… Kimeramon! It looks bad, as the digidestined digimon don't compare in power to Kimeramon. In the meantime, Wormmon is worried about Ken's increasingly evil heart!
Episode twenty-one: The Crest of Kindness
Using the golden digimental, Veemon digivolved into Magnamon to save the day. But it's no use. Kimeramon is way too strong for even the mighty powers of Magnamon. It looks as if all hope is lost when an unexpected ally appears from deep in the shadows… Wormmon! Will Wormmon's act of courage be enough to purify Ken's evil heart? Will Ken return to his true self?
Episode twenty-two: Davis Cries Wolfman
With the Digimon Emperor gone, peace is once again returned to the digiworld. Some scars still run through the digiworld, but the digidestined do their best to help them heal. But, two friends are missing. Sad and depressed by how well Takeru and Patamon got along with Kari and Gatomon, V-mon and Davis were trying to come up with a plan that would make themselves cool. A plan developed involves the digivolution to Champion. Will their ulterior motive to improve the way Kari and Gatomon think of them work? Will Veemon digivolve to Ultraangemon? Or will a new digimon appear? One thing is for sure, the peace can't last that long!
Episode twenty-three: Genesis of Evil
Davis and the others restore peace to the Digiworld. Meanwhile, Ken was in a deep sleep since he went back. No one could wake him. Deep in his exhausted heart the memories of his childhood came into light and then disappeared. Memories of once long ago when he looked up to his genius older brother and felt proud. Then all the feelings of jealousy he felt. The day his digivice appeared. One by one his true feelings and emotions begin to show as Ken searches his heart. Will this lead Ken to his true self? What is Ken's past? What will be Ken's future?
Episode twenty-four: If I Had a Tail Hammer
Ken learns to accept his past and returns to his true self. He is once again reunited with Wormmon. It looked as if they finally achieved peace. This peace was shattered when a strange woman appears in front of Ken and Wormmon. In the meantime, Cody's hatred towards Ken increases as he notices all the scars Ken left on the Digiworld. While Cody is distracted, Thunderballmon attacks! Since this digimon doesn't have a Dark Ring, Cody is unsure how to fight it. Cody is about to be attacked when, out of the blue, a strange green digimon appears and saves his life. Who is this mysterious digimon? Who is this new enemy? What about Ken? If you though the Digimon Emperor was bad, you were wrong! The true battle for the digiworld is about to begin...
Episode twenty-five: Spirit Needle
It is revealed that the mysterious digimon that saved Cody was Wormmon's evolved form, Stingmon. Although Yolei and the others still don't trust him, Davis believes that Ken's heart has truly changed and that he is on their side now. Davis wants Ken to join them. They receive a message that Golemon was attacking a dam in the digiworld. They tried to stop him, but their attacks did close to no damage. To protect a near-by village from being flooded, they will have to destroy Golemon, just like Ken destroyed Thunderballmon. They fail and wonder why they can't bring themselves to do it. Is it because Ken knew he had no choice? Are the digidestined too naive? Who is this mysterious woman?
Episode twenty-six: United We Stand
Ken apologizes again for all the evil deeds he committed as the Digimon Emperor. Yet again, he turns Davis's offer to join them down. Ken wishes to make up for his crimes on his own. As the digidestined continued to rebuild the digiworld, un-sorted emotions and truths are revealed. From deep in the shadows, a new evil threatens the digital world. Evil energy is running wild and is threatening to destroy everything. An explosion that will destroy the digiworld is about to occur. Only one thing can stop it… the crest of kindness. Davis, still trusting Ken, e-mails him but gets no response. Cody and the others never forgave Ken and still don't trust him. Davis is the only one who does. Will Ken answer Davis's cries? Who is the mysterious woman who can turn Dark Spires into Digimon? Will Ken live up to what Davis thinks of him? Can Ken save the digiworld? Will two hearts acting as one be enough to create a miraculous evolution?
Episode twenty-seven: Fusion Confusion
Ken still feels guilty for all the crimes he's committed. In order to save the Digital World, Ken prepares to die and finds a reckless battle to fight in. Davis convinces him otherwise and Ken makes the decision to live alone because of his crimes. He wanted to protect those that he held dear. At that moment, Ken and Davis's desires were the exact same! As if by magic, Exveemon and Stingmon DNA digivolve into the ultimate warrior, Paildramon! With an ultimate digimon on their side, can they stop Ookuwamon? What is this explosion? Will they be able to save the digiworld from it? And what is the great secret behind the children's mission? Will it finally be made clear?
Episode twenty-eight: The Insect Master's Trap
Paidramon had saved the digiworld from disaster! Now having the power to DNA digivolve, Davis and the others are full of excitement. In the meantime, the mysterious dark woman was setting a trap for them. They receive an e-mail invitation and arrive at an odd mansion where everything was 10 times larger then it should be. There they found Ken, who also got an e-mail. Wanting to settle things with the mysterious woman, Davis and Ken go off so see what's in the mansion, while Takeru and the others wait outside. Cody not wanting any fighting, followed after Davis and Ken. At the same time that an army of Roachmon attacks the three children, a swarm of Flymon attacks Takeru's group waiting outside. Forced to battle without each other, a hard fight is presented. But this is nothing compared to the terror waiting for them! What will become of the digidestined? Will Ken stay with the group? Who is this mysterious woman and what is this trap?
Episode twenty-nine: Arukenimon's Tangled Web
After receiving the invitation from the mysterious woman and realizing that they were walking into a trap, Davis and the others entered the giant mansion known as the Giga House. But what was waiting for them was worse then they could have ever imagined. Able to control inset digimon at will, the mysterious woman attack the digidestined. It's gets worse! Digmon and Stingmon fall under her spell and start attacking XV-mon. Cody is put into a state of shock that Digmon has been taken away from him. He cried out in the hopes of reaching his partner. Now separated from the others, the digidestined as caught in Dokugumon's spider's web. Even worse, his fangs are getting closer and closer! What could possibly save them? Will Yolei's plan work?
Episode thirty: Ultimate Anti-Hero
Working together, the digidestined manage to defeat Arukenimon's trap but even though they had understood each other's strength, Ken and Cody still weren't trusting each other. Cody couldn't forgive Ken for all the evil deeds he did to the Digiworld as the Emperor. Afraid of breaking up the team, Ken decides to leave on his own. Yolei and Davis try to bridge the gap between Ken and Cody, but their efforts fail. In the meantime, Arukenimon's anger grew at the digidestined. She wishes to put an end to them once and for all. She begins to bring forth an evil dark mega digimon. Combining many dark powers together, she creates a digimon of unlimited darkness and evil. The new digimon was Blackwargreymon! He was just as strong, if not stronger than Wargreymon. The great warrior who saved them many times in the past was now an evil barrier. The digidestined couldn't compare to his strength. What can they do to stop him?
Episode thirty-one: Opposites Attract
They digidestined were defeated. There was no way their power compared to that of Blackwargreymon. To raise spirits, the digidestined decide to look for Gatomon's lost Holy ring. With that ring, Gatomon's powers will increase. Kari and Yolei go off without the others to look for the ring. In the middle of their search, they find Ken and he joins them. As they walk through a forest, something unexpected happens. They find themselves in another dimension. Ken and Kari feared that darkness was approaching them. Yolei couldn't sense anything and begins to feel left out and alone. This causes her to act hardheaded, but this just makes everything worse! What's Yolei going to do and what is this evil that Ken and Kari sense? Will they be able to find Gatomon's tail ring and if they do, will it be enough? Will this experience be enough for Ken to rejoin the group? And what's this fusion?
Episode thirty-two: If I Only Had A Heart
Just like Ken and Davis, Yolei and Kari's digimon could successfully DNA digivolve. In the meantime, having left Arukenimon, Blackwargreymon wonders with no purpose throughout the Digiworld feeling empty. Why was it created? What was his purpose? Did he have one? Understanding that he was just a thing that had been created his doubt grew as he went from one battle to another. To matter how hard Blackwargreymon battled, the emptiness in his so-called heart grew. Out of the blue, Agumon, Tai's partner, appeared before Blackwargreymon. Agumon understood that Blackwargreymon was fighting himself, so he tried to get his to open his heart. Will the meeting of Agumon and Blackwargreymon be what it takes? What is the Destiny Stone that could be the key to the destiny of the Digiworld?
Episode thirty-three: Chance Encounter
Enjoying freedom for the first time in months, Yolei left Poromon with Izzy and went on a class trip to Kyoto. This allows Yolei to take a break from being a digidestined and allows her to sight see, eat comfortably, and buy souvenirs. She begins to forget about her mission and fighting and starts to enjoy herself. But, out of nowhere, a warp shows up and Blackwargreymon appears! Bringing tons of Digimon along with him, Blackwargreymon moves through Kyoto in an undesirable fashion. Not fully understanding the situation, Yolei follows him. Why isn't he in the Digiworld? What's he doing there? What's Yolei going to do? And who is she going to meet?
Episode thirty-four: Destiny In Doubt
Blackwargreymon continues to destroy the Destiny Stones, not fully understanding why. At the moment he destroys the third stone, an unknown Digimon appears in a dimensional warp. It was the first time Blackwargreymon felt so much power. And at that instant, Blackwargreymon understood why he was destroying the Destiny Stones. In order to restore balance to the Digiworld, the digidestined try to find the next Destiny Stone before Blackwargreymon can get to it. On their way, Gabumon tells them that Blackwargreymon has a heart. This puts Cody into shock. Cody wavers, but Takeru tells him that any Digimon born of darkness must be destroyed. Blackwargreymon tries to destroy the Destiny Stone in hopes of finding the mysterious Digimon. With anger in his heart towards darkness, Takeru stands in Blackwargreymon's way. What's Takeru going to do? What will happen to this Destiny Stone? Will Cody help him fight? And who is this mysterious Digimon?
Episode thirty-five: Cody Takes A Stand
With a wanting to fight, Backwargreymon continues to destroy the Destiny Stones. Even Magnaangemon falls against his overwhelming strength. In order to protect the few Destiny Stones that are left from Blackwargreymon, Davis proposed a meeting at his house. They all agree to this, except for Takeru. Takeru declines and goes off on his own. The difference between the normally gentle Takeru and the side of him that opposes the power of darkness is so great that it confuses Cody. After much thought, he grabs Upamon and goes off to visit Matt, Takeru's older brother. In order to understand Takeru, Cody bombards Matt with questions. Matt begins to tell him about Takeru's past, but what will Cody think of it? Why is Takeru acting this way? Will Cody understand his feelings? What is Blackwargreymon planning? What are the others planning? And more importantly, what is Takeru going to do?
Episode thirty-six: Stone Soup
Ignoring Cody, Blackwargreymon destroys the sixth Destiny Stone. With only one stone left, the battle to decide the fate of the Digital World is about to begin… or is it? The digidestined set out to protect the last Destiny Stone. Following Blackwargreymon's path, they find themselves in a Digital China Town. The smell of food draws them towards a nearby restaurant. Mummymon and Archnemon also stop by to eat ramen. A battle over the ramen breaks out in the restaurant. Will this mysterious soup be enough to allow the DNA digivolution of their two Digimon? Will Blackwargreymon destroy the final Destiny Stone? What will happen to Cody and Takeru?
Episode thirty-seven: Kyoto Dragon
Blackwargreymon is after the final Destiny Stone. With Shakkoumon at their side, the three fusion evolutions, Paildramon, Silphymon, and Shakkoumon, stood in his way. All of them fought Blackwargreymon with all their strength. His determination was so great that he would rather die than lose. When they got him down, Blackwargreymon would just get up and fight again. The digidestined were becoming overwhelmed. To make matters worse, Arukenimon and Mummymon were causing chaos. The battle quickly escalates to a life or death fight. Will the digidestined prevail? Will they be able to save the digiworld and the final Destiny Stone? What is this mysterious digimon Blackwargreymon is after? The secret of the digital world will finally be made clear…
Episode thirty-eight: A Very Digi Christmas
Thanks to Qinglongmon, the digiworld is no longer in danger of collapsing. The digidestined understand that their mission is to now destroy dark towers. It looked as if the digiworld had finally found peace… Ken gives into Wormmon, and sends out invitations to a Christmas party at his place. He invites everyone, even Cody, and everyone accepts with different feelings towards Ken. Odaiba is decorated for Christmas and everyone is in the Christmas sprit. On Christmas Eve, December 24th, the digidestined open the digital gate on the way to Kens'. They have secretly came up with a plan to thank Tai and the other original digidestined for all their help. What is this present? Why are Digimon invading the real world? And what does this act of kindness mean for Ken?
Episode thirty-nine: Dramon Power
That peaceful Christmas Eve was shattered with a sudden scream. Just like three years before, Digimon were once again on the streets of Odaiba, causing panic. Davis and the other children finally managed to return the Digimon to the Digiworld and it looked like everything was taken care of. But, when they awoke the new morning on Christmas Day, the TV was filled with news reports all over the world. All over the world, digimon were causing damage. Reports were coming in from America, China, and even Australia. The digimon were attacking all over the world! After hearing the Digimon were in Tamachi, Davis hurried through the panicked crowd towards Ken's house. The digidestined gathered at Izzy's place to plan their counter-attack. Will the digidestined be able to overcome their greatest battle yet? The true battle has only just begun! Can they survive and save our world?
Episode forty: The Digimon World Tour Part 1
Control Spires and Digimon suddenly began to appear all over the world. Davis and the other digidestined flew off with Imperialdramon. They began to meet up with friends all over the world in order to save the world from this worldwide crisis. In New York, they found Mimi and Michael and Davis helped lure the Digimon into Central Park. In Hong Kong, Kari and Izzy were helping to return the digimon to the Digiworld with the help of the local children. Can Davis's courageous heart help out in America? How good are Izzy's English skills? Will Kari's smile be enough to cheer up the entire world? If this worldwide battle ends, what will it bring... and more importantly, what will it end?
Episode forty-one: The Digimon World Tour Part 2
In New York and Hong Kong, the digimon were returned safely to the Digiworld. In the middle of the summer in Australia, Cody and Joe worked to remove control spires as a strange ally appeared before them. In the meantime, in France, Takeru and Tai shivered in the cold waiting for Takeru's grandfather. When he finally did arrive, he turned out to be an odd old man who owned a motorcycle and better yet, a sidecar. At the Palace of Versailles, the three Mamemon brothers had set up a duel over the sea. Who will win this sea battle? Can Takeru and Tai do anything with this grandpa power? Get ready for a very odd battle…
Episode forty-two: The Digimon World Tour Part 3
Thanks to the digidestined, almost all the digimon that appeared all over the world were returned to the Digiworld. Only Mexico and Russia were left and Matt and Ken followed some escaped digimon in to Mayan ruins. What they met in the ruins was a Mexican girl and her Gotsumon. Right away, she felt a fondness towards Ken, she began to hang all over him living Wormmon feeling both protective and hostile towards the girl. Yolei and Sora were in Russia and met up with some of the local children, but they were unable to communicate due to the language barrier. What is Yolei planning to do? With a small girl hanging onto Ken and Yolei's crazy plan, what in the world could possibly happen next?
Episode forty-three: Invasion Of The Daemon Corps
The digidestined returned to Japan after returning most of the digimon to the Digiworld. Instead of returning to a peaceful Japan, they returned to a Japan in chaos. One by one, all the children in Tokyo were disappearing. Ken sensed an evil force behind this and it reminded him of his distant memories. As if his own fears were answered, evil dark digimon led by Daemon began to invade the real world! Frightened of the shadow of darkness that haunted him, Ken joined up with Davis intent on rescuing everyone. Unfortunately, even Imperialdramon failed against these strong warriors of darkness. Can Ken and Davis hearts beating as one be enough to save these people? What is Ken hiding? What really happened two years ago to him? What was their adventure in the Digital World? And, most importantly, what is Ken's secret?
Episode forty-four: Dark Sun, Dark Spore
Daemon's corps attacked a peaceful city out of nowhere. Paildramon had to change into fighter mode in order to succeed in his mission, but had to destroy a digimon. This lose weighed down on the digidestined hearts. Just when things looked like they couldn't get any worse, Arukenimon appeared with hostages demanding Ken go with her. Hoping to save Ken, the digidestined followed Arukenimon. Also after the boy Ken, Daemon's Corps destroyed the city without mercy. Silphymon and Shakkoumon tried to stop Daemon's Corps invasion to save lives. Sensing Yolei and Cody's doubts made Daemon's Corps only grow stronger. Will Ladydevimon's foul play be enough to push Yolei off the edge? With the digidestined be able to hold off Daemon's Corps? What is the great mystery hidden deep within Ken?
Episode forty-five: The Dark Gate
Wanting to save his friend and partner, Davis followed after the truck carrying Ken on Raidramon. As Davis finally began to catch up, Daemon appeared before them. Arukenimon, had by this time, made a copy of the dark seed within Ken and was willing to hand the now useless boy over to Daemon. Davis took this chance to grab his friend, but Daemon was too powerful and Arukenimon escaped with the kidnapped children. Davis tried as hard as he could to fight off Daemon. Yolei and Cody joined in to, but even Imperialdramon was no match for the darkest digimon. Only one option was left… seal Daemon up in the dark ocean! In order to save everyone he held dear, Ken attempted to open the gate to the dark ocean on his own. Can Ken overcome his fear of the darkness and open up the gate? Will Davis' screams be heard? The ultimate battle with darkness is drawing nearer...
Episode forty-six: Duel Of The Wargreymon
Davis’s strong desires help open the dark gate and Daemon is forced into the world of darkness. However, the digidestined’s fight is far from over. The dark seed has been transplanted into the children. The worried faces of the parents of the kidnapped children change, as they are now pleased to see their kids again. The children now display high intelligence and a genius IQ. (*cough*Ken when he was evil*cough*) Davis and the other known what will happen to the children if the seeds stay within them. They try to contact each of their homes in order to save them. The parents either don’t believe them, or don’t care. Also, Agumon contacts a depressed Daisuke with surprising information. Blackwargreymon is back! Blackwargreymon searches for Oikawa to find his purpose. Agumon blocks Oikawa and defends him. After all, Oikawa has the only information on the dark seed. Now it’s Wargreymon vs. Blackwargreymon! Who’s going to win this ultimate clash? And will Blackwargreymon finally learn the secret of his birth?

Episode forty-eight: Oikawa's Shame
Oikawa finally obtains the powers of darkness. With Blackwargreymon’s fate, the powerful dark seal is activated, sealing the Digiworld. The children that had the seeds gather in Hikarigaoka Park. Oikawa was about to achieve his dream of using the dark powers of the dark seed to travel to the Digiworld. Davis tries to get the other children back. In Davis’s presence, the gate that should have been sealed by Blackwargreymon opens. After opening the digiport, Oikawa soon comes to an interesting state. Oikawa begins to learn the truth about himself. All the mysteries are revealed. The true enemy appears in front of Davis, reviving unlimited fear. What is this dark force? And is there anything at all that can stop it?
Episode forty-nine: The Last Temptation of the Digidestined
At long last, the final enemy appeared. A horrible fear overwhelms the children and freezes them in their tracks. Only Davis confronts Belialvandemon without total fear. Davis’s courage continues to fight through this hopeless situation. His courage gives some of the digimon power and they are finally able to damage Belialvandemon. But, Belialvandemon fires a strange attack at them and they are captured in light. The digidestined find themselves within their own minds, thoughts and dreams. Wandering in a world of illusions that reflect reality. Will they throw away their courage to fight? A miracle has not been seen yet. Davis’s heart is becoming desperate. This is the final and last battle! All our chances lie on a few chosen children... Can we survive?
