Frozen Angel

3-M received a message. The author was anonymous. The girl felt like it was a trap. But there was only one way to see.

3-M rushed to her room. She locked the door tight. The girl opened sealed paper. 3-M read quietly. Here’s what it said:

Go to Haku point. I’ll see you there. We need to talk.

                                                                                    X

3-M stood still. This had to be a trap. It had to be. But yet, the thought of new info on for post tantalized her. That was it. 3-M was going to Haku point in the morning!
Aneko was packing her things for her trip. She too got a note. The princess thought it was from Demon himself. So it had to be a trap. It had to. But she wanted payback from being late. So this was a good chance.

“Let’s see,” Aneko thought. “Water, scrolls, gun, energy bombs, I’m all set.” She looked out the window. The moon was full and high in the sky. “I’m going to kick your ass, Demon!” she thought.

A knock came on 3-M’s door. “What do you want?” she hissed. “It’s me, Sarah.” a little voice said. 3-M looked up. “Come in.” she said. The door opened. Sarah stood in her pink Asian-style p.j.’s. She looked worried.

“What the hell are you doing up?” 3-M asked. “I can ask you the same.” her young friend replied as she walked closer to her. Then, Sarah stepped on something. She looked down and saw the note. The small girl picked it up and started reading. 3-M fell in silent panic. Sarah eyed her.

“Are you really going?” she asked 3-M worried-sounding. The older girl eyed her. “Yeah,” she said. “What’s it to you?” Sarah’s eyes dropped to the floor. 3-M heard her sobbing. “What if you never came back?!?” the little girl wailed. She broke into tears. 3-M felt bad for her. “Aw,” she said as she hugged Sarah tight. “Stop crying, you can some with me!” Sarah looked up. “Really?” she sobbed out. 3-M nodded. “All of us?” Sarah asked. 3-M hang her head. “Hai.” she said reluctantly. Sarah smiled hard. “YAY!!!!” she yelled aloud. *Sweat drop on 3-M’s head as she sighs hard*

The sun rose over Haku point. Haku point was a desert. And I mean a total d-e-s-e-r-t. It was wasteland. The landscape was….. well…. sand.

Why meet someone here? That was beyond Aneko and co.’s knowledge. The princess looked to the sky. It would only be a matter of time….

3-M and the girls made it through the sandbox wasteland. Rosa was griping as usual. Frances was quiet. Sarah was following close to 3-M. And 3-M herself walked hard.

“Why the hell are we here again?” Rosa wailed. “You’ll see.” 3-M answered. Rosa pouted. “Bitch.” she mumbled. “I heard that.” M said. Rosa just rolled her eyes. “Stop now.” Frances spoke up. They all went silent. 3-M just smirked.

Sarah looked ahead. She squinted hard. “3-M-sama.” the little girl said. “Hai?” the older girl asked. “Who’s that up there?” Sarah asked. 3-M looked up. She saw a girl with bright pink hair. “Hai!” she yelled. “Hai, it is!” Rosa and Frances looked up. “Who?” Rosa asked. 3-M didn’t answer. She just ran towards the girl. “Hey wait!” Sarah yelled. The little girl ran after her. Rosa just sighed and began running. Frances ran behind them.

Aneko looked ahead. She saw four girls running towards her. “Guys!” she yelled. The digidestined looked up. “What is it Usagi?” Takeru asked. “Someone’s coming.” the princess replied. “The enemy?” Cody asked. “I’m not sure.” Aneko answered. The crew watched.

3-M and the girls made it to Aneko. 3-M and the princess stared each other down. Both looked ready to tackle each other. Then Sarah walked forward. She had the note in her hand. Aneko quickly recognized it. “Miss,” the little girl said. “Did you send this?” The princess read the note. “How could I sent this if I got the same note?” she asked. Then Aneko pulled out her note and showed it to Sarah. Even Rosa was shocked!

“So if it’s not you,” 3-M spoke up. “Then who sent it?” Everyone was silent. Then, high in the sky came a crackling laughter. They all looked up. The sky had formed thick swirling black clouds.

A slender man descended from the clouds. He looked like a vampire with his pale skin and black attire. He was smirking at the crew. “Hm,” he said when he landed on the ground. “Everyone’s here.” He looked at 3-M and the girls. “Even the runts are here!” the man said. 3-M angered quickly. “Who the hell are you?!?” Aneko yelled. The man grinned. “I am called David.” he answered. “Demon’s loyal servant.” The crew defense increased.
David shut his eyes and began chatting. Sand rose up high. The crew watched closely. The sand took form of a dragon. The beast had three heads and five horns on each head. “What’s that thing?” Davis asked aloud. David smirked. “Behold, Kurai Dragon!” he yelled. “My pet is so full of darkness, even light can’t escape!” He crackled aloud as the dragon roared.

Aneko’s blood boiled even faster. “Oh really?!?” she snapped. “We’ll see about that!!!!” The princess rushed forward with a huff. She put her hands up as if to form a ball. White light gathered in her hands. Aneko leapt up and flew real high up to the dragon’s head. “Rising su-!” she began to yell. But the Kurai dragon opened its mouth, closed it around the princess, and swallowed her whole!

The others watched in horror. David just laughed aloud. “Tried to tell the baka!” he yelled. “But, no! She had to attack! Now she’s the dragon’s breakfast!” David laughed even louder. 3-M’s anger flared. “You dumass!!!” she yelled. Then she charged towards him. David grinned. “Another stupid baka!” he thought.

3-M was almost at him when…. She stopped short. David had stabbed her in the chest with his sword. All were in silent shock. 3-M fell back and died.

David just eyed her. “Well,” he said. “If that didn’t shut you up, I don’t know what will.” He turned to the others. “Now to deal with you.” David said. The rest were in for their lives. The man began attacking them with his dark mystics.

When he was done, David eyed his work. All of the humans were beaten to a pulp. The man smirked. “That was easier than I thought!” he said aloud. Then David crackled.
But his victory would be short lived. For the Kurai Dragon began glowing bright red. It made a low growl sound. David slowly turned. His eyes grew big when he saw his pet. “Kurai!” he yelled. “What the fuck’s wrong with you?!?” Then, the dragon broken back into sand. David was frozen in shock. For he saw a holy light.

The light lessened. And low and behold, there was Aneko floating in the sky. Only…. she looked different. She had on a long white strapless dress with a light blue waist ribbon with a gold heart charm in the middle. The angel had two great white wings and gold nails. Her hair was long and pink. Aneko was a sight!

David trembled in a weak fear. “David!” the angel called. “You have dishonored me enough! Now you will pay!!!” Then she floated down to the ground.

Aneko walked over to her future-husband. Takeru was badly beaten. Tears filled Angel Aneko’s eyes. Her tears landed on his body. Instantly, Takeru’s blood flowed back into his body. The boy opened his eyes and saw the angel. “A-ne-ko?” he said slowly. The angel put her finger to his lips. Then she stretched out her arm and waved it over the others. In an instant, they were all healed. Angel Aneko walked over to 3-M. She pulled the sword out of the girl and began chanting. 3-M slowly opened her eyes. “It’s okay now,” the angel said. “You’re safe now.” 3-M kept silent.

The Angel turned to David. He started backing away. Aneko grinned. She put up her hands and yelled: “Heaven’s grace!” A great light rose up and blasted David back into the sky. He screamed in curses as he sailed away.

Everyone stared at the Angel Aneko. Who was she? Why did she save them? Is she friend or enemy? She turned to them. Before she could do anything, the angel turned back into her old self and collapsed out. Takeru and co. raced to her. Aneko was dead tired and her energy was gone. Yolei put her fingers to Aneko’s neck. “She’s still alive!” she exclaimed. Everyone else sighed in relief. “She’s just worn out.” Sarah announced. “You need to get her home.” Frances said. “Right.” said Kari. With that, Davis and Takeru picked up the out cold princess and carried her with all of their strength. Then all went their separate ways.
