King of the Hells
He’s growing impatient. He doesn’t have all of her in his grasp. His plans
weren’t going to work without the rest of her soul. He gritted his teeth.
“This will not do!”
He needed to stop the boy on his little mission. So far, he had been able to
keep away from him. Someone was helping him on the outside. But who was it? How
many of them were out there? He couldn’t see to get a straight answer. This
wasn’t going to do.
He looked at the shard in front of him. He managed to grab a big piece. It
wasn’t enough. That portal had gotten bigger by this point. He needed more
angels. Maybe there could be more gates out there? Right now, he didn’t have
enough time to look. No, it would be better to focus on the gates that he has
now.
One whole one and one partial one. This wouldn’t make a dent. He gritted his
teeth and took a breath. He needed to focus. That boy was going to be here any
minute now. He couldn’t let that happen. It was time to call in the big guns.
He stuck one hand up into the air. Vibrations shook his body. The air started to
get warm. He closed his eyes and began chanting.
Ko San Hachi To Sho.
Ko San Hachi To Sho.
Ko San Hachi To Sho.
Ko San Hachi To Sho.
Ko San Hachi To Sho.
He opened his eyes. Tiny little black flames floated in front of him. He reached
for his hair and pulled out some strands. He tossed out the strands to the
flames. Even flame flared up and took form in to small humans. Their mouths
opened wide with their black eyes. He stepped back and grinned. He only had one
command to give them.
“Go!”
The flame people flew up into the sky and vanished. They were going to be his
ears and eyes. Now all he had to do was to keep watch over her soul and the
other captive until it was time.
However, he didn’t know that the soul shard and said captive were plotting their
own escape. Even though time was the enemy, they were going to have to wait to
make their move. It would all rely on the boy coming to find them.
Meanwhile…
