The Skinny: Hotaru has been in a relationship with Emiko for decades now. After Emiko went to Heaven, Hotaru found herself alone. Another problem she had was her sexuality. Before her death, Hotaru dated men. Emiko had been the only woman that she had dated after becoming a demon. She needed to get out and find a new love. The answer would come to her-- twice. First, there was Ryo. She was a miko high school teacher who had an interest in Hotaru. The loli demon wasn't sure yet. Then there was another suitor. Enter Hiroyuki. He was a typical salaryman. He too had an interest in her. Another thing to note is that both Ryo and Hiroyuki are both human. Hotaru as I said before, is a demon. So yeah. That should be interesting. That's not the point here, however. Hotaru is in love with both of them. She found herself unable to choose. Then, a friend suggested that she give polyamory a try. Hotaru was uncertain at first. But after some thought, she decided to try and date both Ryo and Hiroyuki. This triangle has just started. We will see how it turns out.
