      This somber trip-hop song is a good way to start the story.

      The video to this is really good.

• Chapter Three: Spiders: "Lullaby" by the Cure
      This song is creepy and kind sexy. My favorite lines? "His arms are all around me and his tongue in my eyes/be still be calm be quiet now my precious/boy don't struggle like that or i will only love/you more for it's much too late to get away or/turn on the light the spiderman is having you/for dinner tonight

• Chapter Four: Smokey Maiden: "Hold My Hand" by Unkle
      The song just dips with decadance. Ah, perfection!

• Chapter Five: Into the Pale: "Who's Gonna Save My Soul?" by Gnarls Barkley
      The video's weird for this one, but the song's good. Why haven't they done anything else lately?

• Chapter Six: Black Sun: "Black Sun" by Death Cab for Cutie
      It only took one listen for me to fall for this song.

• Chapter Seven: Struggling: "Living Hell" by Morcheeba
      This one, like a good number of these songs, are rather random.

• Chapter Eight: Bonds: "Sweater Weather" by the Neighbourhood
      Again, random song.

• Chapter Nine: Zephyrus: "Zephyrus" by Bloc Party
      I plan to use this song again in the near future. Just hang around.

• Chapter Ten: Post Blue: "Post Blue" by Placebo
      It's dark and kind of sexy. Perfect fit for a look at Hisoka and Jessie's relationship in the past.

• Chapter Eleven: Broken Inside: "Like Eating Glass" by Bloc Pary
      I just keep using this song. It breathes "Ghost Doll" everywhere.

• Chapter Twelve: Sweet is Good: "Sweet is Good" by Massive Attack
      You can't go wrong with Massive Attack.

• Chapter Thirteen: Intervision: "Julien" by Placebo
      I just realized I used this song twice in this story.

• Chapter Fourteen: Shadowplay: "Shadowplay" by Joy Divison
      I fell hard for this song once I heard the original version. I'm going to use it more often.

• Chapter Fifteen: Push-Pull: "Prayers for Rain" by the Cure
      The Cure ends up being random in this story.

• Chapter Sixteen: Just Like Heaven: "Just Like Heaven" by the Cure
      This actually makes sense with the Cure.

• Chapter Seventeen: Don't Wanna Fight: "Don't Wanna Fight" by Alabama Shakes
      Latest single from Alabma Shakes. Love this band, love this song, and I will use it again later in the series.

• Chapter Eighteen: Lost Demon Girl: "Sinking" by the Cure
      Another random Cure song.

• Chapter Nineteen: Cocoon: "Secrets" by the Cure
      Another random Cure song.

      Just video to this song makes me think of Jessie and Hisoka in the more drugged-out, violent era of their relationship.

      Another random Cure song.

• Chapter Twenty-Two: Dinner with Family: "Yellow Light" by Of Monsters and Men
      I really like this Icelandic band and they have a new album coming out soon this year, FYI.

• Chapter Twenty-Three: Leverage Help: "Silicone" by Mono
      Good band, sad that they only made one album in their whole music career.

• Chapter Twenty-Four: Kagura: "Day by Day" by Chinese Man
      Another random song I picked.

• Chapter Twenty-Five: Backed Into a Corner: "Hey Joe" by Charlotte Gainsburg
      I love Jimi Hendrix, but she actually did a good job with this cover. Fun fact: Beck produced this version. I think this song alone kept me from giving the movie Nymophamanic: Volume Two from two stars on Netflix. If you haven't seen either volume of Nymophamanic, don't bother. Both of them were boring and not sexy despite the title.

• Chapter Twenty-Six: Blue Innocence: "West Coast" by Lana Del Rey
      It took one listen to like this song. This will be used again in the latest book.

      Another random Cure song.

• Chapter Twenty-Eight: Walk to the Western Church: "Julien" by Placebo
      Ah, yes. Julien makes an accidental second appearance in this story.

• Chapter Twenty-Nine: Duel for Truth: "Jesus" by Gackt
      I always wanted to use this song for the climax of the story. The video is strange, but the song's great!

• Chapter Thirty: Let's End This: "I Know You Want to Stop" by Placebo
      This stong is the perfect way to break up Hisoka and Jessie and end the story. It's the best song on the EP, B3.
