Traps

Phoenix isn’t the only one experiencing dreams. It’s starting to spread. They can all see it now. All part of her plan.

They are finding each other. Just as she intended. The question is how will they handle it?

Phoenix doesn’t know how to approach this. She thought she was alone on her dreams. That was until she shared them with Omi.

“You’re having dreams too?” he asked. Phoenix didn’t know how she let it slip.

“Uh… yeah…” she mumbled. The girl kind of looked away.

“Um…” Ayame said. Omi and Phoenix turned to her. The older girl paused. She didn’t know if she should say anything or not. Phoenix walked up to her.

“What did you see?” she asked. Ayame hesitated at first. Now Omi was staring at her. The girl lowered her head. She took a breath and shared everything she knew.

Meanwhile, Namie keeps watching.

“Yes. Struggle. Suffer. It won’t matter. It’s all for my sister.” She threw back her head and laughed.

“Yes.” A catlike smile spread across her face. And just like that, spring was over.
