Three Sisters:

Angels dont need to suffer. I have believed this since I was small. Nothing backs up that belief that what I have witnessed with this old mans daughters. The middle child is about my age, maybe a bit older. They all are really pretty and very nice too. If I wasnt taken right now, I would ask them out or something. Two of them seem like my type. But, thats not the point. They dont deserve to be conned out of their money. After talking with each one, that point really drove it in clearer.

The first sister was named Buppha. Shes about twenty-six years old, about my sisters age. A very elegant woman here. In fact, she served us all lunch. Her father invited us to the table in celebrations. The king and the duke happily accepted. Sappoto-san couldnt even touch her food. I glanced over at her. Its okay, I wanted to tell her. I doubt that wouldve helped at all. I needed to tell her something at least. I looked down at my own rice. The oldest looked up at me.

How is everything? she asked. I stared at her for a moment.

Yeah! the king cut in. Youre cooking is the best, dear sister! I have to admit, I cringed when he said that. Creepy, thats just creepy man! Buppha looked at him with such surprise.

Really? she asked. The duke nodded at her.

Yes, my lady, he replied. Buppha became overjoyed.

Im so glad you like it, brother! she exclaimed. I rolled my eyes when she said that. Is she really buying all of this crap? Isnt anyone even slightly suspicious besides me? The father finished his bite of food.

This is good, Buppha, he said. Youve gotten better at cooking. The womans cheeks slightly turned pink.

Thanks, Papa, she said.

You really have been working here, he said. I keep wondering why youre still single. His daughters cheeks turned even redder.

Papa! she exclaimed. The old mans wife patted him on the arm.

Dear, she whispered.

But its true, her husband said. I couldnt help but to smile. Somehow, it just all feels amusing to me to hear all of this. The embarrassed look on Bupphas face looked so cute. I almost wanted to take her aside and kiss her on the lips. Right then, I felt my hear string. I cant let those creeps cheat her out of her parents money. I had to do something.

The second sister was named Malee. Shes about my age as I said earlier. I get the feeling that shes checking me out with the way that she looks at me. I can see it in those hazy brown eyes of hers. Her smile is enough to make my heart melt. But dont worry, Im not tempted. I wont chest; I have a girlfriend back at home. I wont cheat on her. I promise wont! Im not that kind of person anymore!

Anyway, thats beside the point.

I cant let her get ripped off like her older sister.

The final sister, Sroy, was about sixteen or seventeen. Shes rather

Sroy-chan and I were cleaning up the kitchen table. That girl hadnt said anything the whole time. She kept giving me cold looks. I think she knows something is amiss. Yet, I dont really have all of the truth. I didnt want to push her and give too much away. I figured that I would play ago until the right moment came along. Unfortunately, Sroy-chan was the one who decided otherwise. I finally couldnt take her staring at me intently. I threw down the rag on the table.

Look, I said. Do you have a problem or something? That little snort looked up at me and snorted.

Come on, I said. Tell me.

Why? she snapped. I shrugged at her.

I get the feeling that my party and I have done something to offend you, I said. The rotten brat turned away.

You have! she snapped. I looked at her perplexed.

Is that right? I asked. How so?

By you just being here! she snapped. I could tell that the little brat something smelled like a rat. However, I cant let her know that shes dead right. I gave her an innocent little look.

And why would you say that? I asked. The rotten brat began scrubbing the table in big circles. I watched the surface as she did as such.

Oh, missed a spot, I said. She looked up at me, sneering.

Shut up, I know! she barked.

So, are you saying that was on purpose? I asked.

Of course not! You distracted me! the little brat snapped.

Oh really? I asked.

Yes! she snapped. I shook my head at her.

Boy, you little braer Sroy, I said. You really must hate me, dont you?

What gave that one away? I heard mumble under her breath. I raised an eyebrow at her.

Pardon? I asked. She rolled her eyes.

Nothing! she snapped as she scrubbed the table.

Youre going to ruin it like that, I spoke up.

Shut up! the little brat snapped at me.

Sroy! a womans voice snapped from the doorway. The spoiled little brat and I looked up to see Buppha and Malee watching us. I felt my heart flip when I looked deep into the younger sisters eyes. The rotten little bitch gritted her teeth at the nicer sisters.

What?!? she snapped as she began scrubbing even harder. The eldest had her arms folded across her full bust.

Behave yourself! she hissed at her baby sister. The rotten brat frowned at her.

And why should I?!? she barked.

They are out guests! Buppha scolded her. You know the rules. Apologize right now! The baby brat groaned aloud.

Do I have to? she wailed.

Yes! both sisters said in a rushed tone. The spoiled brat looked over at me. I waited with a small smirk on my face. It took a long pause before she dropped her shoulders in defeat.

Fine, she hissed. Im sorry!

Say it like you mean it, the elder told her. Sroy forced herself to sorry this time.

Im sorry for being rude to you, she said in a fake and sweet tone. I couldnt help but to smile at her.

Good enough, I said. I couldve listen to her apologize all day long to make myself feel superior to such a rotten brat like herself. Yet in that moment, I realized something. Even though Sroy was a bit of a brat, she didnt deserve to be cheated out of her parents money by those creeps that latched onto them. That was it. I had to save the family from this con before the trap closed down on them with its bitter fangs of betrayal.
