Dateline: Jen, Sammi, and Angela go the new Super Sonic for girl night.

Jen quietly crept into Sammi’s room and stood over her bed one bright Saturday. “GET UP GIRL!!!!!!” she yelled. Sammi woke up screaming. “What?!?” she yelled. “We’ve got to go!” Jen answered. “Where?” Sammi asked confused. “To Joshville of course.” Jen snapped. “What’s that?” Sam asked. “Youth City!” Jen yelled in distress. “What is that?” Sammi asked. “It’s…… Ugh! Why don’t you just see for yourself?!? Now come! Angela’s waiting for us!” Jen yelled. Then she rushed Sammi out of bed, dressed, and out the door.

The girls hurried down to Joshville. (Which is a good long walking distance from the house.) When they got there, they were tired and wheezy hard. Angela was standing at the front gate waiting for them. “What took ya?” asked she when the girls came to her. “Sammi kept asking me questions.” Jen answered. “Just what is youth town?” Sammi asked. “Wait and see.” Angela said. Then the three girls entered into the gate.

The town was filled with kids everywhere. The gardens were green and fresh, everyone was having fun, and there was so much to do! Sammi was breath taken. “Like it?” Jen asked. All the immortal of happiness could do was nod in amazement. “Great! So let’s go have fun!” Angela said. “Right!” Sammi and Jen yelled. They were just about to go when Angela yelled: “Wait!” The younger girls paused in their tracks. “Yes, what?” Jen asked. “Here’s your money, spend it wisely, and you know da drill.” Angela said switching to her serious parent mode as she handed the girls their money to spend for the day. “Right!” the girls answered. “Now, go have fun!” Angela said going back to that fun-loving girl mode. “Yeah!!!” the younger girls cried. Then Sammi and Jen ran into the town. Then Angela trailed behind them.

“You cover east and I’ll cover west. And then we’ll switch, ok?” Jen explained. “Right!” Sammi agreed. Then the girls went their separate ways. Sammi looked around the whole place. She was so excited that she didn’t know where to start. She looked and looked until she found karaoke box. She ran over to it as if she had won a prize and got in line. She had to waited forty-two minutes for her turn. “Next!” called the ticket person. Sammi stepped up to the booth. “Name?” asked the lady at the booth. “Sammi” the girl answered. The lady wrote down the info. “How much per song?” Sammi asked. “Hundred yen per song.” the woman answered. Sammi planned to sing three songs anyway. So she gave the lady three hundred yen. “The stage is to your left.” the ticket said as she handed Sammi a ticket. “Domo arigato.” Sammi replied. Then she walked away from the ticket booth to the stage.

Jen looked in the western area for a while until she found a crowd huddled up at card game booth. She became interested and walked over to crowd. She had to pushed her way through the people to see the cards. “Pick the pumpkin card and win!!!!” the owner called. The crowd was spellbound by the shining cards that glistered in the sun. Jen studied them closely with her powers to get the golden pumpkin. “Pick the pumpkin card and win!!!” the owner called again. One by one the crowd tried but failed. Then it was Jen’s turn. She was ready for the challenge. She stepped up to booth and looked at the cards. She thought for a minute and then said: “The pumpkin is the second left!” Then she drew it up and showed him the golden pumpkin card. The owner was taken-aback. “You’re right!” he said aloud. The crowd was amazement. “My prize, san.” Jen said sweetly. “Uh…. Sure!” the owner said. Then he pulled out his wallet and drew out a thousand yen bill. “Domo arigato.” Jen said. Then she left the booth. The crowd was stunned. “Who was that?” one of the kids asked. No one answered.

The girls had fun in then sections and then switched. They had fun until it was time to go. “So, what did you girls do?” Angela asked them as they walked home. “I sang three songs at a karaoke box, won a couple of prizes, ate at a sushi bar, and got cotton candy.” Sammi explained. “I wowed crowd by finding the golden pumpkin card on the first guess and winning a 1,000 yen, sang a few songs on karaoke, won some prizes, and ate a grilled chicken sandwich and candy.” Jen said. “Whoa! It sounds like you had fun! I had fun too.” said Angela. “Really? What did you do?” Jen asked. “I talked to my friends, shopped, and ate.” Angela said. “Cool.” said Sam. Then the three girls went their merry way home.
