Sea and Sky

Pandora stood against an empty background. The camera was zoomed in close to her face. She stood there and did nothing. Then, the lighting and special effects gave way to the ocean all over her face. Blues and greens floated all over her. The colors swirled over in a playful blend. The shadows of seaweed appeared on her face. Followed by the life of the sea. Fishes swam over her face and background. They seemed to be dancing all over her skin. Suddenly, the sea turned a bright yellow. The dolphin jumped on her face. Gorillaz's "White Light" played in the background. The fishes swam in fast circles. They seemed to form a blurring swirl. Pandora only blinked a few times.

The song looped. Pandora shows no emotion. The sea is now crowded and moving over actively. It looked like a whole shadow was invading her face. Suddenly the shadows began to die away. The sea began to drain away as well. For a second, Pandora was alone on screen. But then, a light blue invaded her face. The shadows of clouds joined the blue. They went from the sea to the sky. The sky at high noon to be exact. A flock of birds flew by her face. "White Light" played again for the third time. Pandora's nose began to itch, but she didn't scratch it. Any body movements would ruin the shot. Then, the sun slowly drifted across Pandora's face. The sky began to blend in the colors. The sun was now setting. More birds flew over Pandora's face. The sun quickly disappeared out of view. The colors faded away into black.

Pandora was alone again. Then, a white dot appeared on her lower chin. A star. Then, another one joined the lone one. Soon two became four and four became eight. In time, a whole army of stars invaded her face. They didn't stay still either. The stars danced a slow waltz at first. Their pace gradually sped up. They too began swirling all over Pandora's face. The stars' speed kept up with the music. Each of the planets slowly floated by as the stars did their dance. First came Mercury. Then came Venus. Next came Earth. Mars. Jupiter. Saturn in all of its cold glory. Uranus. Finally Neptune. Despite being stripped of its title of planet, Pluto got to make a cameo across Pandora's face. At last, a comet shot by the bridge of her nose. Then, the lights dimmed into black and that was it.
